Aglio e Olio

A basic outline of a classic dish.
Ingredients
- Cup of diced garlic
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- Half pound of spaghetti noodles
- 2 pinches of salt and pepper
- Chopped parsley
Instructions
- Bring large pot of salt water to a boild
- Add spaghetti noodles and stir occasionally
- After 12 minutes, drain and bring pasta to a bowl
- Add minced garlic to skillet
- Pour olive oil onto skillet
- Heat skillet to medium for 10 minutes
- Reduce heat to medium-low once olive oil starts boiling
- Stir until garlic is golden brown
- Remove from heat and pour garlic and oil onto spaghetti
- Stir salt and pepper into bowl
- Top with parsley and serve
Serving Suggestions
- If desired, grate parmesan cheese onto spaghetti while still hot
- Can use baklouti pepper fused olive oil if spiciness is desired
