Peruvian Ceviche

This a basic recipe that I use when I make a ceviche

Ingredients

  • yellow onions
  • large heirloom tomato
  • jalapeno
  • limes
  • cucumbers
  • cilantro
  • mango (optional)
  • your preferred choice of protein (fish, seafood, tofu, etc)

Instructions

  1. Mince the veggies and add them together in a separate bowl.
  2. Mix in a cup lime juice with the shrimp in the bowl and let it sit for 30 minutes to cook.
  3. After the 30 mins strain the shrimp and mix in the veggies.
