A quick pie crust that requires no rolling pin or pre-baking.

Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a medium bowl.
  2. Stir together with a fork until crumbly.
  3. Transfer to a pie dish and press evenly into the bottom and up the sides.
  4. Crimp the upper edge of the crust dough if desired.
  5. Add pie filling and bake pie according to recipe.

Serving Suggestions

  • Makes crust for 1 pie.

This recipe was my grandma’s. We use it for pumpkin pie every fall :).
