Crumbly Pie Crust

A quick pie crust that requires no rolling pin or pre-baking.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups flour
- 0.5 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a medium bowl.
- Stir together with a fork until crumbly.
- Transfer to a pie dish and press evenly into the bottom and up the sides.
- Crimp the upper edge of the crust dough if desired.
- Add pie filling and bake pie according to recipe.
Serving Suggestions
- Makes crust for 1 pie.
This recipe was my grandma’s. We use it for pumpkin pie every fall :).
